By accessing and using ClauseHawk ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ClauseHawk provides automated monitoring and analysis of vendor policy documents, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). The Service identifies changes to these documents and provides summaries and risk assessments.

Important: ClauseHawk is a monitoring and analysis tool, not a legal service. The summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Always consult with qualified legal counsel for legal matters.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

ClauseHawk offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Pay all charges incurred under your account

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual plans.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

ClauseHawk stores snapshots of the public policy documents you choose to monitor. We retain these snapshots to provide change tracking and historical analysis. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ClauseHawk and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the URLs you submit for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The analysis or summaries provided will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAUSEHAWK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClauseHawk and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

11. Service Modifications and Termination
